Shipping & Packaging:

Each item is carefully packed and dispatched within 6/7 Business days and are shipped Free of charge inside the UK

You (The Purchaser) will be forwarded tracking information once item has been dispatched.

Our Postal Services:

Royal Mail  – signed/tracked

Framed items will be sent via Parcel Force, DHL.

Returns & Refunds:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for a FULL refund of the purchase price.

You (the buyer) are responsible for all return charges and the safe return of the goods, which must be returned in the same method they were posted. Goods must also be returned in the same condition they were sent with the original Certificate of Authenticity and Purchase Receipt / Invoice. Your refund will not include your original postage charge.

Once the goods have been returned and inspected, a full refund of the cost of the item will be issued in the same form as payment was received normally within 3 working days.

Refunds are only issued to the original purchaser and NOT to any 3rd party. We retain digital images of all signed items sold for security and authentication purposes.
